New Member Intro
 

Hello all, I was referred to the site by chokeu2, a friend and co-worker. (I believe I might know one or two others as well).

I signed up last year but have not participated up to this point. I thought before I began offering comments, opinions etc. that I introduce myself.

I have been out of the 'car" world since I sold my '69 GTO when I joined the Army (that would have been over 30 years ago). I grew up in the muscle car era and cut my teeth on all the great rides of the 60s and 70s. I have not had a great ride since that car....

I am a military brat that spent 10 years in the Army myself jumping out of airplanes for a living.

I am with a Dallas-based business in the tech field and look forward to re-igniting my love affair with the automobile after 30 years.

Looking forward to lots of great reading and pix.

Welcome! A referral by Choke is probably one of the best recommendations you can come on here with. That being said, you sound like you can hold your own just fine.
