Most Beautiful Classic Ferrari - 250 GTO I love this car to death. Just how inspired it is, how it looks, how it sounds, how "out of reach" it is. I figured a thread dedicated to it would be cool. http://www.supercars.net/gallery/119513/910/418781.jpg http://www.ferraris-online.com/cars/...es/P002Web.jpg http://www.ferraris-online.com/cars/...es/P001Web.jpg http://www.ferraris-online.com/cars/...es/P003Web.jpg http://www.ferraris-online.com/cars/...es/P005Web.jpg |

This guy's building a 1:3 working model of the GTO. The same guy who built the 312PB. http://mps-sportproto.com/en/modeles.php?num=4#photos Here's the original video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9f6Yx...eature=related |
I don't mean to hijack this thread, but do you think there would be any demand for a replica hotrod version of the 250 GTO? I'm thinking CAD designed carbon fiber body, motor, transmission, and computer out of a 599, 612, or 575, custom road race chasses, and modern Ferrari touches in the interior. Say someone was to hand build a limited run of these, say 10 or 15, would you think there would be a high demand? What would you think they would go for? |
