Most Beautiful Classic Ferrari - 250 GTO

I love this car to death. Just how inspired it is, how it looks, how it sounds, how "out of reach" it is. I figured a thread dedicated to it would be cool.

This guy's building a 1:3 working model of the GTO. The same guy who built the 312PB.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but do you think there would be any demand for a replica hotrod version of the 250 GTO? I'm thinking CAD designed carbon fiber body, motor, transmission, and computer out of a 599, 612, or 575, custom road race chasses, and modern Ferrari touches in the interior. Say someone was to hand build a limited run of these, say 10 or 15, would you think there would be a high demand? What would you think they would go for?

Well I've seen replica versions go for as much as $1M. Anywhere from 200k-1M is what they've been going for for a tube chassis replica. But things like modern Ferrari touches whether that be with the computer, interior, or motor would devalue it. As authentic to the original is what you should shoot for.
