I always loved them but I just cannot get over the slanted front grill. Deal breaker for me...

The e28 M5 is one of my favs. It's hand-built.

I almost bought one with only 30K miles, but since my mechanic has an E28 loaner, and I drove it for over a week, I realized that it is not big enough for my purpose (DD and kid).

But for those of you with the money, get them before they are all gone. There are still some prestine low mile well cared for E28 M5's around for reasonable price at about 30K.

I wish I have a big ass garage, BMW's I love are the E28 M5, the 3.8 E34 M5 touring, the E36 M3 Evo, my E39 M5, and of course, the E30 M3 Evo.

Yeah, you pinged my ultimate ///M line-up. Just don't forget the LTW m3!

Love these things but still prefer the E34 over them.

Agreed

Met a nice gentleman in the restaurant last night who own an E34 M5. I will contact him today to strike a deal. He gave me the impression ast night that he was very much prepared to sell.
