Daytona Porn It seems the GT section is losing some momentum. Thought I would post some articles and stuff on the Rolex 24. I'm driving the #72 car. The Roar was an eye opening experience. Park Place Motorsports is new to the scene and they stepped up to the stage in a HUGE way. #72 Park Place Motorsports Porsche GT3: Chuck Cole, Grant Phipps, Mike Vess, Alex Whitman | Main gallery | Photos | Motorsport.com Shank Racing, Park Place fastest during Roar Before The Rolex 24 test in Daytona - West Palm Beach Motorsports | Examiner.com Park Place Posts Fastest GT-Class Time At Daytona Test WeekendPark Place Motorsports |
Hi GT Cole, Thanks for the info. We wish you and all your team the best for it, no accidents, no failures, - but above all - a win for Porsche.! It seems that the 997 GT3 is still competitive - thats good news - I always believed in it (since often it just depends on the regulations). Daytona was historically always a good place for Porsche. I hope this will still be the case after the race...:) "In the GT class, fastest overall for the test was Patrick Long, who turned a lap of 118.045 mph in the No. 73 Park Place Motorsports Porsche on Saturday morning" all the best, |
Lap times are 1/5 of the race. But they sure help. It's a rush driving on that track with the DP cars and other brands. I'm used to PCA or Pirelli and that's just Porsche's. So this is cool. |
oh boy that was fun! |
Good stuff. We need more videos like this. |
