Hello my name is Mark and I love ALL things Porsche!!! |
I was there, and there is no excuse for any of you Porsche fans not being there. It was un-f-en-believeable. There were many great memories from the weekend, but none better than my friend and I parking at the turn out of the the track entrance off hwy 68 every morning at 7 am and spending the next hour watching (and listening to) the parade of amazing p-cars that belonged to the people attending the event as they gunned it up the hill towards the track. :) That, and the sound sound of the 917's at full throttle and downshifting, and the RSR's at full throttle and downshifting, and the 935's at full throttle and downshifting, and the 956/962's at full throttle and downshifting, and the Cup cars at full throttle and downshifting, and the RS spyders at full throttle and downshifting.......... |
Color me jealous BigE! |

LOL! Eric, I'd say you enjoyed yourself. This look on his face pretty much sums it up. http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6234/...95363c69_b.jpg I do agree with him...it was quite an experience. I was so overstimulated by each and everything I saw, heard, felt, etc...I met some of the Legends that makes up Porsche in essence.
