It must just be from the dealer's own pocket. I guess some dealers go through more effort than others to keep their customers happy.

I'm guessing it's just not somthing the U. S. customers have access to. If the dealer had access to it from PCNA then they would pass it on to
The customer. No big deal, just would be nice. Will see what happens.

Was surprised at the fact it was actually pretty heavy (including packaging)
