So they are flying them from Germany into LAX this weekend for the West Coast delivery event.

Would LOVE to see them coming off the plane.

Hmmmm.....I'm sure they will fly them out via FRA. I'm gonna ask my buddy at Lufthansa Cargo tomorrow if he knows something. Maybe I could snap some pics before they go on board :)

Air Freight is surprisingly not so costly. I did some digging and it seems about US$5000 will get a 3100lb car from Amsterdam to Los Angeles.

Update: per Flightaware: KLM601 scheduled ETA LAX 12:54pst..actual 12:58pst.
This is not a "freight" flight, but a B747-400 carrying pax+freight, so freight will take a little longer to unload. Wonder if KLM can use the great Lufthansa facility to handle palletized P-cars?
