whats the downside to the AWE straight pipes for CGT?

I like the Kreissieg more,since it keeps the original high pitch sound of the CGT

the stock one sounds the most refined imo

I like the higher pitched KSG exhaust, GMG is awesome, but I like the higher pitched better.
