I was fortunate to get a tour of Bill Lyon's car collection at his house a few years ago. I thought I'd share some of the pictures here. :)

Mr Lyon has truly impeccable taste in automobiles. I think it's awesome that he races a fair number of them, such as his Porsche RS60, in vintage events.

Where are the Bugattis?? A collection like that can not be complete without one! Anyone know if he does, in fact, have one (or multiple)?

Never mind, answered my own question. Found another gallery of his cars. So far, from what I found, he has a really odd Bugatti that I have never seen before. Such an odd body ghia exner 101.

EDIT: He also used to have a '31 T41 Royale! (Volkswagen bought it for a rumored 20million). In addition he has a '27 T35B.

Zorro, I apologize, his odd bugatti is in the pictures above. I would have never recognized that as one, even as a Type 101.

That Porsche has got me all tingly. Is it a Carrera GT?
