What ring material cannot be re-sized?

What are the types of material a wedding band might be made out of that cannot be re-sized in the future?

Carbon?
Carbon Fiber?
Titanium?
Etc?

Carbon Fiber can't because its a bonded process, All metals can be resized, However be aware of designs as they never look right if their resized.

Titanium on a limited basis can be, many jewelers won't resize this metal.
Tungsten Carbide
Stainless Steel
Any Ceramics
