2006 Ford GT Interior & Engine Bay Cleaning 14 Attachment(s) Just purchased by a new client, this rare stripe delete Ford GT was a open MSO vehicle and was stored in Arkansas since it was built. The exterior paint correction phase is coming soon but the new owner wanted the interior and engine cleaned up. Work was completed in nice conditions of "Club Auto Sport" in San Jose, which allowed me to visit with one of my techs(Dave Graff) that I worked with @ Performance Art, now he is with Borelli Motorsport located in the same complex. Attachment 157382 All the rubber trim and seals were dry. Attachment 157383 These seals were specially dry around the inner door edges. Attachment 157384 Attachment 157385 Looking better. Attachment 157386 Attachment 157387 It is the best part of my job to work on "Bad a**" vehicles like this one. Attachment 157388 Interior was not by any means hammered, however with all the nooks and crannies it was still time consuming to do properly, halogen light shows the soft non-greasy look I go after on the Black Leather seating surfaces. Attachment 157389 997 Twinnie still looking choice..................did this car a month or so ago in the shop. Attachment 157390 The engine bay needed light clean up, the rubber though was really dry and needed attention and a matte dressing applied. Attachment 157391 The air intake seal with "The dryness". Attachment 157392 All better. Attachment 157393 Engine clamshell glass now crystal clear. Attachment 157394 http://i409.photobucket.com/albums/p...-12/new031.jpg All done for now until the paint correction phase, the finish does have some marring issues but after that.........................tightness.
