I have a question.

If I use menzerna to polish my car and then apply their glaze, how long should I leave it on before I buff off. how long after I buff off the glaze should I wait for it to cure before applying menzerna's FMJ.

I understand that FMJ takes about 12 hours to cure. is it at this point (12 hours later) that I would apply swissvax product such as mystery or crystal rock. I am trying to learn the proper process of stacking.

finally, what if I were to apply menzerna's FMJ. could I spritz prima hydro onto the freshly buffed FMJ? would it negatively affect the curing process of the FMJ?

I wanted to try this to give it an extra shine to the car before I turn it over to my friend. want the car to be very shiny right away.

any feedback would be greatly appreciated,

thanks

great question.

you don't have to let glaze set up, just apply and then remove it.

as for fmj you can let it set up, some wait a few hours and some wait 12-24 hours.

afterwards you can apply the swissvax crystal rock.

lmk if you have any further questions.

thanks,

my next question was about using "prima hydro". I do not see that you use it on the cars that you detail but I was hearing that two high-end detail shops over here in seattle use it.

after I detail car and then apply fmj, should I wait for the fmj to set-up and then try applying Prima Hydro to give that extra wet shinny look? am not sure if applying prima hydro right away would take away from the durability of the fmj.

thanks again,

marcus

not sure I would follow the instructions I have not used Prima yet.

The front of my father's S6 is absolutely sandblasted even though it only has 28,000 miles. Is there any way to minimize the appearance of all these little white specks (aside from repainting the front of the car of course)?
