Pics of uncles 62 vette

Just got some pics from the builder, this is the same place that did his 69 camaro. It has a C5 Z06 crate motor, tranny and suspension. I hope to have some better pics of the headers, which are a work of art and some under body photos also. The rear of the car has been flared but it's so subtle they had to point it out to me to take notice. They wrapped the dash with leather and moved the electric window button below the shifter. This car should be a rocket since it's going to be just over 2000lbs.

The 57-62 vettes are some amazing looking machines. I'd prefer them full stock and restored to NCRS specs...but it looks like they did a nice job.

His 59 is completely stock and matching, the 62 is a driver where the 59 is something you look at and maybe drive once and awhile.

Very nice. Who built it for him? Is it a replica body or original?

Smart man...my dad never drives his 64. He's having a 57 belair built for the street. Best of both worlds.

I'm waiting for more pics from the builder, the wheels are Z06 rims painted the same color as the car.
Automotive Enterprises in California did the build, and it is a original body.

wow - that is my type of car. has any suspension work been done? i can't imagine the stock suspension handling that much power.

Basically it's just the stock body on top of new frame and suspension. I don't know the specifics yet since I haven't gotten the rest of the photos.
