No way! I rarely like chrome bits, but they are what tie this car back to its origins. The side mirrors, wipers, and front and rear bits all look perfect!

Difficult, the chrome ties it back to heritage as Mblue said, but it looks killer blacked out. I say go for it.

What does it look like from the rear? (Cue Steve Carrell: "that's what he said")
