I believe more than 90% of luxury SUV in southern california never leave the city. I am glad for the first time I gave it a try in the snow. I have to say that I was truly impressed with the new cayenne after this trip!!

I'm so glad you're getting the full experience.

Enjoy your Cayenne wherever you go!

Do you have any exterior images?

Awesome! Where did you go???

I remember friends from Cali saying they loved snow, they visited it every weekend. Anywhere in the mountains can get bad pretty fast though so the SUV was definitely a good choice. Still a good question is where did you go?

Just for comparison...

In Minnesnowta we live it.

This was less than a day's worth of snow.

you are still on a plowed road. AWD will help but a Cayenne is not required.

also, the BMW is ahead of you.

we went up to mammoth a day after a giant snow storm and rain. i was holding tight because i am scared!! sliding on the road is only fun on the track and not with two children in the car. the crazy bmw in the front didn't help either. but the cayenne did very well and gave me a lot of confidence. i also got 19.7 mpg out the V8.

Rain in freezing area's is serious business.
