Kreissieg's Panamera Turbo exhaust development progress

Hello.

Although some manufactures do not feel comfortable of showing their R&D progress, I would like to share with TS members.
This is first time for us to show our customer the development stage of our product.

Excuse our little messy shop.
Being a full shop with paint/collision with 50 employees, KSG is more of bodyshop/exhaust factory than a tuner shop.

Last week, the Porsche Panamera Turbo has arrived to our shop for exhaust R&D.
I will post up the updates on weekly basis to show how we put our effort on the making the system.

This shows how we produce 1st prototype to check the fitment and exhaust sound quality.
Our final production are produced in the factory to ensure the quality control, mandrel bending and ect
.

March 31th
The Panamera arrived our shop for R&D.
It usually takes at least 30 days for us to come out with first prototype.
One mechanic concentrates on developing one system.

Yes, some vids would be awesome to watch. Panamera Turbo is very quiet, so it would be great work to make sound as great as ever with Kreissieg.

We have put it up on the lift to check few things before we start.
The OEM catalyst will be tough to replace with our O2 canceler due to its construction and location.
The bolts to turbo outlet seems to be very hard to reach unless you drop the whole engine.
This is very tough situation because we have to remove least secondary catalyst to achieve our own exhaust tone.
So we have to find the way to make it work while retaining OEM catalyst because of location and construction.

OEM catalyst pictured below.

OEM muffler also has vacuum powered valves

Great pictures! Pity they are designing the cars to be more difficult to be modified.

Yeah!
Soon enough, we wont even be able to check the oil on our own cars.
That's why i am still a fan of older cars from the 90's

Hi guys im new to this forum, and my panamera S would be arriving in June, i believe mine is the 2011 car, but back then my dealer didn't have any options from the 2011 car available to them. Anyway would Kreissieg be producing a non-turbo exhaust for the panamera? would be very interested.
