The evolution of a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster

Put together a small walk through history of a custom ordered Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 Roadster. The owner already had a dark grey metallic Gallardo Spyder when he decided to have an Ad Personam version of the open top flagship ... delivered in June 2008 the Bull looked like this :

In July 2009 I photographed the same car again, now rolling on dark wheels :

In late 2009 the owner replaced her with another Gallardo, this time an orange metallic LP560-4 Spyder version ... the dealership took the Murciélago back ... and wrapped it :

(PS : wallpapers of the above shot can be found here if you like ...)

The LP640 Roadster was for sale at that time, and in January 2010 a new owner stepped in ... with a special request: a full respray in orange ... and with full I do mean full ...

Today she still lives in Belgium ... and she still is finished in this 'all orange' shade.

The title should be, "The destruction of a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster"

Yeah, damn shame ... and let me tell you ... that last picture Mark shot actually makes the car look a lot better than it is IRL. Painting everything in orange was already a bad joke but when you see the details of the actual paintjob ... it's just to cry for.

The car was absolutely stunning, the first shot with the silver wheels was actually taken during the weekend after she was picked up from the dealer, brand new ...

I rather like the mat black wrap to be honest ...

I loved the matte black version, but I dont really understand why you all hate the Lamb in Orange. The Murci look amazing in orange after all did the murci come off the line in orange as well. What am I missing here that you people are seeing.

One of the dumbest decisions i've ever heard of.

Even dumber than the removable roof on this thing.

So it's really dumb.
