If you’re looking for a low mile no stories GT2 – here it is. I really hate to sell this car since it is my first Porsche and is such a reliable car. Car does not need anything and is ready to go.
Car makes 550 whp on pump gas and 732 whp on race gas. All mods were done by Todd Knighton at Protomotive and runs perfectly. Cold starts and idles perfect. The car is fast and fun to drive.
I ran 206.2 mph in this car at the TX Mile in March of 2010. I believe it holds the TX Mile record for fastest stock motor 996. The week before it trapped 143 mph in the ¼ mile at TX2K10. Also ran a 5.55 60-130 on the mile run.
GT2 production numbers: A total of (317) 996 GT2s were sold in NA from model years 2002-2005. *Less than the total number of Carrera GTs.
This is one of the finest examples of a rare car with a great combination of tasteful mods both performance wise and aesthetically.
