Dang! Nice rides, but WAY overpriced. What are they thinking?

It is nice to see the values creeping back up on these things. A lot of them are starting to be listed now for over 400+.

I agree Josh, it does seem that the prices are going upward, probably because alot tof the machines are being shipped outside of the U.S. and the weakening dollar!!

There is no question about that. But, in the same breath I also think more people are realizing what a bargain the car is even at retail. What hurt the value was a lot of dealers were sitting on new ones. I always figured once all of those were gone, the value would shoot back up again.

I think that it took this long for people to figure out how to drive these cars. You cannot just get in and floor it. You will end up "Stuffing" it in something really fast.

I think the first line of buyers who never got a chance to preview the cars were surprised at how much of a "drivers" car the CGT really was/is. I think to drive it and drive it well, one has to be someone atheletic. And as Dan said, not just get in and floor it! There is definitely a distinct learning curve involved. They are now falling into hands of people who what that type of driving experience.

Very well put Gentlemen, I can only go lok at the machines and dream what if. Just can't seem to pull the trigger, although on two previous occasions I was ever so close. Just wasn't meant to be, I guess, too Damn conservative in my thought processes, probably to "Old" as well..:friends:

I continue to laugh at the people that clamimed it would be in the 200K range this year. I dont see the logic behind that thinking with a car that is incredibly fast and fun, has a limited run, and is a piece of art.

CGTs are astonishing and deserve their current price and then some.
