Aston Martin's Vanquish Volante Lands A Coveted Spot In The Neiman Marcus Christmas Book

The 2013 holiday season is a few short months away and it appears the folks at Neiman Marcus have already started to spread a little "holiday cheer" in the form of their famous Christmas Book, filled with opulent gift ideas.

One item that always excites us gear-heads is the overpriced automotive package featured in the famous book, and this year the honor is bestowed upon the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante.

The special Volante's are to be offered in an exclusive Seychelles Blue, with a bright-finish grille, and an Atlantic Blue roof. Bi-xenon headlights also chip in to give the Aston a stunning look in the dark. The Volantes will also feature 20-spoke, lightweight alloy wheels, with blue brake calipers peeking through for that "special" touch.

The ten Volantes retain the 6.0-liter, V-12 engine that produces 565 horsepower and 457 pound-feet of torque, which should be more than ample for any last minute mall runs.

On the inside we see sumptuous sports seats wrapped in black leather with contrasting Aurora Blue stitching and Neiman Marcus nomenclature embroidered on headrests.

Priced at $344,500 and will limited to only 10 units, you better decides quickly if your loved on is naughty or nice because these always seem to sell out right away. For each Aston sold, Neiman Marcus will donate $3,000 to The Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation.
