What is the Lambo's times?

X2daC Dec 2, 2010 11:05 PM

Whatever you're doing between 0 and 10mph, you need to be doing from 10mph to 60mph.

It's taking you .2 seconds to go between 0 and 10 mph. After that it doubles. From 10mph to 20mph it's .4 seconds. It took you a full second to accelerate 20mph. Then another 1.4 seconds to finally hit 60mph.

You need to figure out what you're doing wrong, or what's different about those speeds.

I dont know what you are looking at, but it took a full second to hit 30mph not 20... dont think Im doing much wrong going 0-60 in 3 sec flat on my second try..

I'm looking at the times in between. I should have explained it deeper.

You're not doing anything wrong doing 0 - 60 in 3 flat. I wish my truck did that.

0 - 10; 0.2 seconds.
0 - 20; 0.6 seconds.
0 - 30; 1.1 seconds.
0 - 40; 1.6 seconds.
0 - 50; 2.2 seconds.
0 - 60; 3.0 seconds.

It takes you .2 seconds to travel from a dead stop to 10mph. It took you .4 seconds to get from 10 to 20mph. It took .5 seconds to get from 20 mph to 30mph. It took .5 seconds to get from 30mph to 40mph. It took .6 seconds to get from 40mph to 50mph. And finally it took .8 seconds to get from 50mph to 60mph.

0 - 10mph; .2 seconds.
10mph - 20mph; .4 seconds.
20mph - 30mph; .5 seconds.
30mph - 40mph; .5 seconds.
40mph - 50mph; .6 seconds.
50mph - 60mph; .8 seconds.

Look at the varying times as you get faster, your Lambo is no slouch. But if you want to improve your times, look at the car from 10mph to 20mph. As it doubled from 0 to 10mph. The time it took from 20mph to 40mph is only a slight increase, it's okay. But from 40mph to 60mph. The time it takes is progressively worse from the two times I've listed above.

So your target time to improve on is either 10mph to 30mph or 40mph to 60mph.
