Anybody have meth injection on there 996 turbo's?
 

My buddy just got it done in CT and loves it and says the car is running better then ever. Never heard this before on a Turbo.

what kit and who tuned it? once upon a time i wanted such a thing but now i just want to get in my car and drive - without worrying about everything that can go wrong.

I know some tuners that recommend it and I know about 5 people that have it on theirs and like them a lot. Increases Octane rating plus reduces IAT's.

Sure, there are many 996TT's running meth.

Not at this point. My car is desinged based on pump/100 Octane/C16 modes only. My cousin TurboMike here has run Meth on his 993tt and has it on his 996 TTS Cab as well.

Tonny from EPL tunning wrote the software and did the install. It is a 18g car with 5 bar fpr, 58 lb injectors, factory airbox, old BB exht. that was on the car, 1.3 bar tune, Sachs modified clutch w/gt3rs flywheel, blownsix intercooler's, and meth on pump gas that dynoed at 590awhp on a Mustang Dyno. So low 700'ish crank.

You have a very similar set up to Mike in CT. Same set up as yours and his Meth kit is HSF-1.

talk to Tony at epl, he is the master of these systems for our cars.
