I believe that that the 30% weight reduction was only in the space frame. Not in the total curb weight of the car.

I just wanted to point out that your rear tires are almost 4 years old (week 46 of 2005)
They might have plenty of thread life left, but they won't be as sticky.

No sense in letting any of that perfectly good, unburnt rubber you currently have go to waste......maybe its time for some "power oversteer" sessions
