Where's a good place to take my wife for a weekend?

Good point. I should edit the original post to make sure I only get suggestions where there are cabins with kitchens. Thanks for the reminder!!! Lol

Have you been to all of them? Which one had the most nature and best scenery?

If you don't feel like exploring the city, I'd say if you stay in Portsmouth (or check out Newcastle NH) Accommodations - Wentworth by the Sea Hotel and Spa

You're just 45 minutes from Mt. Washington...and you'd be staying in one of those most intimate little New England Cities you've ever seen. Literally looks like a post card.
Portsmoth Brewery, Red Hook Brewery, tens of privately owned restuarants, whale watches, or go right over the River to Maine- Kittery Maine, Ogunquit ME, drive up the coast tons of stuff to do...

Sounds like you would both enjoy something outdoorsy and unique so my suggestion would be Moab,Utah.
Will be pretty warm in June but the landscape is like none other. Lots to do - hiking, river trips (not extreme so raft and canoe friendly for day trips).
Of course the main draws for the area are mountain biking and four wheelin'.
Northern Michigan is an excellent suggestion but IMO late July or early August is best for that trip in order for the lake to be warm enough to enjoy.

grew up in Portsmouth Scott, lived in Boston for 3 years. The beauty of New England is you're not far from Mountains, Ocean or a World Class City.
