Grillin!

Hello everyone...

I'm kind of new to teamspeed.com and I've seen everything from luxury villas, the most amazing cars, cigars n wine, models. ... you name it!

Now i come forward today to ask you, where the grilling thread is???

Shame on you all...

Thinking it could be anything from what grill you use to the types of meat, grilling accessories... lets see it, or read about it, all.

What do you say? Anyone else feeling the bbq love?

I want to say we had a similar thread at one point, but don't know what happened to it. But I am down. I don't have anything special to share, but I would love to get some good ideas from some grilling masters on here. There have to be a few of you!

My fav meat to grill? New York steak, bone in, marbled. I use Mcormick Culinary salt-free Garlic and Herb, but kosher salt and Pepper is good enough. Best veggie - Corn. Weber Genesis grill, and I'm still looking for a pair of good tongs.

The weather is changing for the better over here so might throw i bbq this Friday

ill take some pics for you guys

Menu:

Wagu tenderloin steak cut at 2 inches thick seasoned with kosher salt, cooked on high heat with JD whiskey barrel wood thrown in for smoking.

Angus tenderloin whole, coated with salt, pepper, and dill. cooked on a grilling rack then thinly sliced to shreds. Taking a uncut whole grain piece of bread cutting it to 1 inch slices. Rubbing some butter on that bad boy and throwing it on the grill. White onions cooked on a pan, on the grill of course, then adding some sugar to get that caramel going. Throwing the sliced meat into the pan when the onions caramelize. Take it all out and slap it on the slices of bread. A couple slices of cheddar and Swiss cheese. Pickles and olives on the side. Thats your steak sandwich

Fries... Very thinly cut, using a deep fryer (i know I'm cheating with this) until golden brown. Taking it out sprinkling some parmesan cheese on it, kosher sea salt, and a couple of drops of truffle oil.

I'd rather take pics of the grill, utensils etc rather than just list them for you guys.

There is a food thread but I guess there's a difference between ordinary everyday-food and grilled food

Oh man, I'm getting hungry. My favorite quick and easy summer grill recipe is as follows:

1.5 - 2" thick Top Sirloin, seasoned with salt, pepper, and a little Montreal steak seasoning.

4 Yukon Gold potatoes, 1 white or red onion, 1 red bell pepper all sliced up and wrapped in tin foil after being drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper

Half loaf of French bread, sliced in half and drizzled with olive oil and minced garlic or coated with butter and parmesan cheese

Throw all of the above on the grill and enjoy.
