bacon of the month club
1 or 2lbs/bacon every month from small artisan farmers - it's a great way to learn about bacon (if you ever cared) or it makes for a great gift.

red944 - i've only tried one or two - i bought this package for a friend. i'd suggest buying 2-3 that sound good and go from there. half the fun is the journey
