Singapore Suggestions

Anyone have suggestions for where to stay in Singapore? Also, what's there to see/where to eat? I'll be there for a about a week in August for some rest and relaxation.

Thanks!

There is only one place worth staying in Singapore, the old Raffles.

Oh, and the afternoon tea is a must also.

And make sure to visit the Writers Bar.

Let me see if I can dig up some pictures.

^^The Old Raffles is good, Try the Fullerton. From there you can go down to the esplanade and go to the Flyer if it is opened back up. Go down to Clarke quay as well. If you get a chance take the Ferry to Batam, its a little resort island about 30 minutes away from the Vivo City Mall. Its called Turi beach. not a bad little place and you can definitely relax The website is Turi Beach Resort - Boutique Paradise Beach Resort in Riau Islands if you want to check it out. Good luck and have fun, Singapore can be a beautiful place.

If you need anything PM me and let me know
