Cizeta's run of cars lasted only three years. However, amazing things happened in that time.

Does anyone know if the Cizeta used Lamborghini engines, or were the motors made specifically for this car?

The motors were specifically for this car. People perhaps believed it was two Ferrari V8's bolted together to make the V16 but I believe it was a bespoke design.

One of the cars (a black one) bought by the Brunei family was butchered in order to fit a Testarossa's flat-12 into it and has since escaped but according to the creator of the car it wouldn't be economically viable to rebuild it back to the original spec. Hoping someone with a hell of a lot of money buys it at some point and it gets sorted, they're so rare that any being taken away from the public would be a huge shame.
