The problem is these guys have been getting away with murder in central London for the last couple of years. They ignore all the parking regulations and drive in a dangerous fashion in a very crowded city due to the fact they are well connected and its almost impossible for the police to trace them.

The police are now starting to fight back and clamping is one of the ways to do it.

If they followed the rules like the rest of us they would not have this problem

Saw both cars in person last week. The CCXR is insane, especially in such a subtle color... It did seem like the owner just parked where he chose, but if I had those cars in London I'd pay the ticket rather than drive around for an hour looking for bum place to park.
