Bummed to see that RVP leaving the gunners is basically a foregone conclusion. I hoped to see him there and see that club develop into something.
Yaya and drogba going to la liga would be interesting. I love this time of year.

martinez will be good, but the squad needs a revival. not just money sunk in, but new attitude as well. it is no secret i hate liverpool and their fans but they believe their team is as good as the 80s. sorry, but no, it isn't. this new attitude is why newcastle did so well this season. they stopped living in the keagan 90s days and got their act together. mid 2000s with shearer and owen they also thought they were gonna win it and approached the games all cocky.
can't just hope gerrard plays again, and even if he does, he needs someone in mf with him who can cross like Xabi once could. they won't do much next season because they can't attract two top class defenders being out of the CL. suarez up front with reina back at goal is a great start-up for any manager though!!
won't cry for Kalou, actually don't mind him leaving to make up more room for sturridge, torres, and most importantly lukaku but if drogs doesn't get a 2yr contract, then next season is going to be a huge gamble
just read chelsea are linked with capello .. no comment there

My thoughts on what will happen over the summer transfer period:
Dependent on this evenings' result, a win to me means that Di Matteo deserves to be made permanent in his current position. If Chelsea lose, I think Capello will be the right man for the job.
I think Arsenal will struggle to hold onto RVP, I don't think RVP would go to another Premier Leauge side out of respect to Arsenal but I do think he would move to Barca or RM.
City will probably watch the Euros closely and buy whoever plays the best in the tournament, just because they can...
I can see United buying Bale, he'd be an identical replacement for Giggs and I believe would fit in really well at United.
As a Liverpool supporter, I just don't know what will happen this summer. I'm intrigued to see who FSG are going to bring into the club on a management basis and would LOVE for Rafa to come back. FSG have always said their aim is Champions League football and Rafa would definitely be the right man for the job, IMO.
I shall put my crystal ball away now...
