This month, Lebron James, Chris Bosh and a somewhat talented fellow named Dwayne Wade got together and decided that it would be a good idea to join forces and give the basketball world something to talk about. Lebron took the helm and scheduled a 1hr special press conference- simply entitled, “The Decision” For that hour, the entire world almost forgot that the FIFA World Cup was in session and fanatics everywhere (mostly in Cleveland and Miami)held their breath’s as they received confirmation that Cleveland was going to lose their native son- forever (the word is, Lebron's Cleveland work visa has been permanently revoked). In fact, the news was so earth shattering, some sports analysts labeled the shift as a massive disturbance in the basketball force and espoused a string of speculation that essentially says: the trio’s collective fire power may actually inspire “the league” to rethink three point lines, add another digit to the score keeping system and force all Arenas to add at least one additional wing to accommodate the horde of star struck fans. Sigh-ah yes, the Romance of potential, it’s enough to make logical folks act irrationally while turning the healthy sport fanatic into an undernourished insomniac. Thankfully, The Orlando Automotive Club’s Cars and Café is far more predictable and provides just as much satisfaction for a fraction of the price (free admission plus some canned goods). However, at OAC we can also appreciate the history of what has occurred in the sport of basketball so in the spirit of the super merger, The Orlando Automotive Club will be joining forces with the Viper Club of Central and North Florida to hold a special combined Cars and Café/ Viper Car Show for this July’s edition. As always, we will have a wide array of Automotive Artwork on display but at this July’s meet, the “Snakes” will own the The Route 46 Entertainment District’s courtyard. Additionally, since this meet will be part car show, the Vipers will be in show form- so come prepared to be amazed. We know that you will make the right decisions and even if you don’t; have no fear, you can come and visit us anytime, at The Orlando Automotive Club’s Cars and Café @ The Route 46 Entertainment District where the breakfast is awesome, the lunch is to die for and cool A/C is never more than a few steps away.

Community Service
By now, the word about the Orlando Automotive Club’s commitment to charity is spreading but just to emphasize the point, we would like to remind everyone that :
• Recurring canned food drives & special initiatives meant to shed light on worthy causes like the natural disasters and help for needy children are a staple of the club and our Cars and Café meet. We are officially partnered with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orlando and the majority of our collected cans contribute to the great work they do in our community.
