Taittinger or Bollinger for NV drinking.

EDIT: You beat me to it Eric, they say their best ever. We got a few bottles over New Years. Drinking it out of the bottle the day after New Years probably doesn't lend itself to me giving an accurate review though.
I am known to stick a not yet empty bottle in the fridge and finish it the next day. It does lose a bit, adding a little OJ helps.

Hi,

I'm biased, but I like to drink my own.

Outside of that Nicolas Feuillatte is a bit of a go to.

Cheers,
Nik

We opened them and drunk em straight from the bottle. Big fail, but the whole 1st of January was a fail all around.

Nik, Nicolas Feuillatte? I think i'd rather drink aussie beer than that crap.

I like to drink Armand de Brignac Champagne, especially the "gold" one.

Speaking of champagne, anybody else enjoy black velvets? Guinness and champagne.

Stout and champagne? Couldn't think of anything worse.

I did consume to many champagne + redbull the other night though.
