That looks incredible. Blue carbon + highlights is certainly an option that has been discussed as has Purple carbon. We also thought about going down the orange route but felt it was a bit OTT for what we were looking for.

 

I think the one:1 would look amazing spec'd in that blue carbon with silver accents!

And an idea for a car..

You know the CCXR Tre Vita? It was supposed to be a special edition series of 3 cars (Tre Vita = Three Whites) finished in a gorgeus silver/"diamond" carbon fiber weave (not a tint but a silver weave). The thing is that they only built 2/3 Tre Vitas, meaning that the series was never finished. Now I don't know if it would be possible to make a car with this weave anymore and I'm sure it would be crazy expensive, but finishing of the Tre Vita series with a One:1 Tre Vita would be exceptionally cool!

 

Now you are talking! That would be mind blowing, blue tint carbon has been done countless times, but Purple looks so hot (like on this Veyron or this thin paint / tint CCX) and is still very unusual. I say go for it guys.

Awesome thread!!! Looking forward to seeing the progress. IMO I think the blue carbon is beautiful, but for a One:1 you have to go for something a bit different, maybe like a green or orange carbon look would be nice

 

I'm thinking a metal flake yellow like the colour that was on the old ccr's, or the McLaren MP4-12c that Jeremy was driving on top gear in Spain. Then gloss black for all the winglets/ spoilers (all the add-ons). Then maybe make the bit that is usually carbon fibre on the front of the car (where the koenigsegg emblem is) gloss black too.I think if the rear lights were smoked out that would be awesome. So basically metal flake yellow, and all the bits that are usually carbon fibre, gloss black. Also for the interior it could be black with yellow accents to match, with a gloss black centre console. Perhaps also make the outline of the rear bumper outlets matching yellow too.
