| I meant track wise. F1 cars always require so much maintenance and rebuilds. Not sure it would be possible/feasible to do without being a technician yourself or having one.

I've built parts for a few people who run a few older chassis. They're very not cheap to keep happy. If you want a cost effective open wheel track day car, pick up a Formula Atlantic and toss a turbo on it. ~$100k to purchase and set up, and pennies to run. |
