| Pure insanity. Imagine all of the social programs that could have been funded with the money that home must have cost? We could have provided universal health care for an entire state - or better yet, a third world country. We could have sent a framed photo of President Obama bowing to various foriegn dignitaries to each member of the Taliban! Then they'd be our friends for sure! Damn capitalists.  Just kidding.
