I think that you didn't really understood my question.

My question was if anyone is sure if it is going to be 8.7l.

I was not saying that I think it is a "green" engine, I just thought that they were going to make it less eco-unfriendly.

Youre not making any sense. The Vipers engine has never been anywhere near a hybrid, green, eco-friendly, etc. They dont plan on it either. It will have close to, if not 700 HP.

You may want to start reading the Viper forum.

The lights are based on the old version, with a slightly more "teardroppy" shape similar to a CGT and reminiscent of the 1st/2nd gen lights.

The new engine will be the 8.7L "bigger, louder, angrier" version of the previous gen V10.

Against all odds, they don't appear to be ruining the car. They're going "everything killer" versus a slathering of eco-stupid.

I thought that they were gonna make it a little bit more eco-friendly. Thats all.

I never said that the previous models were eco-friendly.
And i never said that i wanted the new model to become some stupid prius look-a-like.

The viper is my favorite car, and believe me, i'm not a priushippie lover.

It should be the angriest Viper ever made. More Eco-friendly? Just to go into production respecting the emissions standards.

Are you sure about this?
I thought they were going to get a "greener" engine.
I think I heard before that there might be an optional V8.
