Rumormill: Ferrari Dino to return in 2013
Rumors are swirling about again that Ferrari will develop a successor for the mythical Ferrari Dino, possible Paris show reveal.

The best part is that the car’s legendary nose will remain, but will look a bit modernized.

As for the car’s price, our sources have confirmed that the new Dino will be the cheapest model in the line-up, but you’ll still have to dish out about $200K if you want to own one.

This rumor has gone back and forth so many times over the past decade, would be nice to see but I for one am highly skeptical.

yes, but when we were at the factory for the F12 event they said something which suggested there may be a new V8 car next year

I'm not convinced, at least by the story in the first post. Why would Ferrari make another, slightly cheaper V8 2+2 with similar power to the California? The Cali's enough, no need for two of the same car.

A better Dino revival would be a 911/R8 competitor in the 100-150k range. But again, I don't think Ferrari needs or wants such an entry-level car, considering they have Maserati in that market.
