Not sure yet, Eric. Job is actually in Hanford...eek. Going with the Mrs. in early Jan to check out the towns (Hanford/Visalia) and see if it's something she can live with. It's really up to her at this point. Job seems good, comp is terrific. Location is the biggest stumbling block now. We'll see......

For the remoulade, tried a different recipe out of Emeril's Delmonico cookbook.
