WALLY REVEALS FURTHER DETAILS OF WALLY//ACE

ITS GROUNDBREAKING DISPLACEMENT YACHT

MONACO, 27 JANUARY 2012 – Wally has today revealed further details and updated images of Wally//Ace, its new displacement yacht.

Debuting a revolutionary hull design, Wally//Ace will combine exceptional comfort with Wally’s unique design style and marine expertise. With unrivaled space within its length, Wally//Ace will provide a massive 128 m2 of outside social space over two deck levels as well as a 41 m2 interior saloon area.

The total square metreage of Wally//Ace will be 282 m2, more than 30 per cent greater than its nearest competitor in its length. A true long-distance ocean cruiser, the 24 meter Wally//Ace will be classified as a yacht and therefore manageable without a professional crew.

The first Wally//Ace hull is in its final stages of build and will soon be launched for final fit and testing. Two further hulls are also in build and are due for completion in the second half of 2012. Further details of Wally//Ace will be announced in the coming months.

Further information is available at Wally // Home.

I actually love this boat. It's perfect for its size. Lots of great deck space and a great use of interior space. I think it looks great as well. I would take this 100 times over any other boat its size. Especially if you who I'll be cruising south Florida and the Bahamas often. I remember the guys at Wally telling me about it at the last boat show.

Great find.

Whisper-quiet, fuel-efficient diesel engines can take you non-stop from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean
Pfft, yeah right. No way I'd take a 86 foot yacht across the atlantic.
I do like the built in tender storage at the side. At first I thought it was a balcony, which would've also been nice touch.
