No "Ring Of Fire" This Time for The NSX

If you remember the last time our Teamspeed spies spotted the upcoming NSX testing at the Nürburgring the prototype caught fire and burned to a crisp. But this time the Honda engineers chose a colder and partially wet week to perform the testing which has possibly, according to some nay-sayers, saved the car from catching fire again.

The Honda/Acura NSX was revealed as a concept in Frankfurt 2013 and with the public debut planned for mid 2015 they have surely taken some time to get it ready.

Power is expected to come from a mid-mounted V6 delivering some 400 horsepower with some hybrid electric motors. The engine, together with the mail electric motor will drive the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. At the same time a couple of supplementary motors will power the front axle, a system Honda calls SH-AWD, Super Handling All Wheel Drive.

m4rk3t is an unknown quantity at this point
This was one of my all time favorite supercars, when it originally debuted here in the US. I am curious to see how this vehicle sells along with the price point when it is released again in the US.
