Looking for a 996 GT3

Looks like the M3 lease transfer is going through this time around.

I have a few leads I am working on but would appreciate any leads on red, yellow, or any other bright color stocker or easily returnable to stock 996 GT3.

This will be a 90% DD and 10% track car, so I need a stocker and with U.S. sports seats. 3 years of mostly DD'ing the GT2 taught me that the one piece Euro seat is too much of a pain to live with on a daily basis.

If the seller is willing to return the car to stock form with stock ride height, that will work too.

Thanks guys!

Most are asking more than that, doesn't mean they will sell. There is a nice black one in Texas asking 77k, down from 80k last week.

If that's the case then this GT3 seems like it's priced too high?

I gotta look at that yellow one, sunroof and powered cupholder and all.

Do you know what 07 and 08 GT3's that are actually driven (20K or so miles) should reasonably go for?

I am working on a red one right now, we'll see if they will agree to my proposed deal.

07-08 with that mileage is 75-80k ballpark. Here's a sub 20k mile yellow example for $79k - I would bet 75k would take it

Asking is definitely a bit high on this one. They're banking on the fact that it's a 1 owner low mile car.

From what I have seen, the 20k+ mile cars are probably selling in the low 70's. Most are asking more, but I doubt they are actually selling that high.

I agree. I personally would not pay over $70k for a 20k mi car

I think that yellow one you posted has been listed for a while. The 997.2 GT3 market is pretty soft, I don't know why the .1 cars are still asking so much.

Wouldn't surprise me. When I see the prices for a 996 though it's a no brainer to jump up to a 7. I would definitely try to find a .2 if possible, though the cheapest car I can find is $102k
