Cool GT3 RS 4.0 beats up the GT2 RS price!

For example,pistonheads.co.uk:brand new special colour GT2 RS (lim.500 cars) is for sale 172,000 pounds and GT3 RS 4.0 (lim.600 cars) "the last unsold car" is for sale 197,900 + VAT.
Is that a little bit crazy?

as predicted.

given the current market condition, those cars will just keep diving to find its bottom. the RS 4.0 is the hottest new thing right now so no surprise it gets more premium over than the GT2 RS. it will start to take a dive when the shine is over. however, i don't think it will drop as much as the 2 RS simply because the 2 RS was just too expensive to begin with.

those potential ''maybe collectable'' 911s will take a long time to find its historical value. for now, the value will only heading south.

there just isn't any collectable modern-day 911. Buy, drive and enjoy... If someone wants to collect it's best to stick to Minichamps:P

No surprise. If you're buying it as a "collector's item", you're going to wait a few decades. A lot of the guys here bought them, because they are awesome cars to DRIVE. The exclusivity adds to the appeal, although not really worth anything in terms of holding value. It's still nice to know that you can't just walk into a Porsche dealer and order one anytime you please.

I'm actually shocked the 2 RS lasted in value this long. But, I predicted a fall that was big. The NA cars carry more weight. Just a fact. I would say we see the 2RS under $200k right now. Saw one advertised close that never got a sniff.
