DeLorean Time Machine

DeLorean Time Machine
I wasn't sure which category to put this in, but in my mind this car is nothing less than a "Supercar"! Is it fast? Well all I can say is that when this baby hits 88 MPH it does some serious $hit!
This is a 1981 DeLorean Automatic with a black leather interior.
Not exactly screen accurate but it is a good representation.
I built this car myself from scratch.
I had the electronics built for me on printed circuit boards
and programed to work and sound exactly as they did in the films.
I started my journey to build these replicas by making trips to
Universal Studios in Hollywood to see the original screen used car.
Here I am sitting in one of the original screen used cars in Hollywood.
I met with key people who worked on the movie such as
Bob Gale (left) who wrote the film, and Andrew Probert (right)
who was the story board artist.
I also met with Kevin Pike (center) who was the original
effects supervisor for the films and is who built the original
screen used cars for the movie. He was so impressed with my
work that he is now my agent and representing my work.
I have also met the starts of movie, such as Michael J. Fox
(center) with some of my friends also in the photo.
Here with Lea Thompson (left) and Christopher Lloyd (center).
Although not related to the BTTF films, Dan Akyroid is
an avid fan of props and was impressed with the car!
...he did loan me a Ghostbuster's Proton Pack so I could
recharge my Flux Capacitor since I was low on plutonium!!!
Friend and fan, Brett Michaels poses with the car.
I have also recreated some of the props and costumes...
Here's a great YouTube video of the car in operation!!!

I hope you have enjoyed my photos!
I have built 3 of these cars so far and I have made
this my living, so if anyone would like to have me build one
of these wonderful works of art for you just send me a message!
Thanks!!!
