However, most if not all of the other 100-200kph in the table changed gear between 200-300 as part of a longer 0-300 run, and I see from your graph that you did not change gear.

That's what I would have done as well to get fastest possible time, but it does mean we are now comparing apples with oranges

Would also of course need to know what tyres you are using, what the road conditions were (eg. slope), what height from sea level you were, and what weather conditions were in place.

Great numbers, very nice although I would add the modded VTGs to the list above (had to look up stage 3). The modded turbos make a whole lot of a difference and explain the numbers you got.
Also, since you have a tip your accleration numbers will always be better than manual cars with the same mods. Enjoy

Stage III has the modded VTG's, that's what differs it from Stage II kit

I agree with the tip vs manual difference, but I used pump gas which makes me believe that I would hit somewhere 6.5x with race gas. and 5.5x on 100-200 kmh

Of course I'm not arguing the advantage of a tip car in these runs, but US tuned cars always use race gas and in your table their results are made with race gas. It's quite impressive to do 5.74 with pump gas IMO, should hit around 5.5 with race.

I'm running with Pzero Rosso's and it was 5 degrees outside. And the slope was around the same with my 60-130 mph run. It's all valid I can say

5 degrees have a lot to do with your numbers, these cars love cold temps. Try it at 20 degrees and you'll see a huge (disappointing) difference.
