I am looking for a good Stereo with a built in battery. One that I can plug an ipod, laptop, tape deck/ whatever is playing the tunes. I need something with like 2-4 hours of good battery life, has good bass that will fill a room and is rather robust, and the smaller the better.


I have been looking at best-buy and any other electronics retailers when I am in any cities or places with big shopping centers, but have come up with only junk that puts out bad sound and way too expensive equipment to take with me. Looking in the 2-4 hundred range.

Anyone have any ideas?
