Just like the 599 GTO, the 599 SA Aperta says "1 of 80". It doesn't say 32/80 for example.

However I seriously don't think this is the first one in the USA.
The first one I "saw" in the USA was during Pebble Beach Concorso d'Eleganza, Michael Fux's red and white 599 SA Aperta! And that was back in July / August!

Nevertheless, this one is truly a beauty !!!

Love this color combo. Best SA i have seen yet - but i will still take a GTO like others have said.

Maybe the driver is not the owner. As the car doesn't have plates he may be a driver working at the Ferrari Beverly Hills dealer, showing off the car at an event.
