Impressions of a Ferrari 250GTO

But now like Enzo I am incredibly curious how did you have a GTO. Wasn't he very selective on who got them anyway?? If you do not wish to share please disregard I completely understand!!

By the time I acquired my GTO, it was no longer a competitive race car and historic racing had yet to take hold, so it was, for me, the most exciting daily driver imaginable. The difficulty was in finding one that was for sale. I had seen 3987 on the streets of West Los Angeles and knew immediately that I had to have it. A few years later, it was mine.

Stephan, it truly is a honor to have a man of your stature come join our ranks. Thank you for taking the time to share yet another encaptivating story with us. I wouldn't be kidding when I say that I look forward to more of your stories! My favorite part is when you and Enzo spoke about your GTO. Intriguing indeed!

Correct--3987 can be seen in the Ralph Lauren collection though it is unrecognizable as he has restored it to generic GTO condition.
