IPD Plenum - why so costly

Its a nice unit but I have a little doubt that there is a 30hp increase and why is it almost 1k for a small piece of well made metal (cast aluminum?)

I can't comment on IPD on Cayenne, but I'm planning a IPD/GT3 body for my Cayman next week and will be doing a dyno before and after ..

Is it worth it on the Cayenne Turbo and does anyone have it to verify?

vyper,
I got it on my 997.2 S and it was well worth it. I would probably not do it on my CTT. Bypass pipes and an ecu tune is quite adequate.
For my C2S it pulled all the other mods together and made the most difference to me in both power and sound.

They do offer a money back guarantee at most places for the IPD plenum, so try it out and let us know.
