It was shot at El Toro Airbase here in California. It is both CGI and Live Action composited together.
Seinfeld has around 15 of his cars in this commercial I believe.

I'm sure most folks have seen this too, but here is a bit of the behind the scenes as well.

It was an amazing experience to be there amongst all the great Porsches throughout history - I had many jaw dropping moments.

That is our red 1988 959 S featured in the commercial...
