You can get a lot of power right to the ground, making driving in the snow fun- and if you're not careful, sliding around due to too much power to the ground. Shifter feels positive; not clunky or too light like the former m/t gearbox. Engagement is maybe a 'wee' bit too easy with the clutch with engagement fairly close to the bottom. Still much much better then the former; where engagement was wayyy to close to the top.
I'd order one w/o hesitation. Now only if it was available in the S model!
